1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are included.

2. Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we may not be able to accept the return.

3. Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible. Include all original documentation, such as invoices or receipts, inside the package.

4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned product. Please retain the shipping receipt as proof of return.

5. Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs and a 40% reduction for the hand-made fee.

7. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide further instructions on returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
8.Shedding of Dried Flowers : Dried flowers have a natural tendency to shed due to their delicate nature. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or refunds solely based on shedding issues.
